Jindrich Chalupecky
In the summer of 1972 the Czech critic Jindrich Chalupecky visited Moscow
to see the work of younger artists
and to renew old acquaintances.
He recorded his notes in diary form,
and we publish them here in extenso
as constituting a fresh and perhaps unique report
on current art activities in the Soviet capital.
