John Dee's Budding Box III, 1965, painted wood and polished bronze,
width 19 in. x length 11 in. x height 11 in., and F. E. McWilliam's Castle, 1961,
unique bronze, 17 1/4 in. x 15 in., two of the items in an exhibition which opened on March 4
at the Arnolfini Gallery, Bristol, to mark the gallery's fifth anniversary. The nine painters
represented — Gillian Ayres, Henry Cliffe, Alan Davie, Paul Feiler, Josef Herman,
Alan Reynolds, Ceri Richards, Alan Wood and Bryan Wynter — and the three sculptors —
Anthea Alley, John Dee and F. E. McWilliam — have all previously exhibited at the Arnolfini.

which the Drian Gallery is showing from April 13.
A retrospective of lqbal Geoffrey's work is to be held Alan Reynolds' Structure — The White Garden, 1966,
in Mexico this autumn. oil, 18 3/4 x 18 in., at the Redfern Gallery, until March 25.
